• Generate personalized business setup roadmaps
• Save your progress
• Pre-fill future plans
• Provide reminders and guidance
• Improve platform functionality

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We only use your data to provide the service.
• We do not use the contents of documents you upload to your private vault for analytics or to train models.

Your private document vault

You can optionally upload startup documents (for example ID, residence permit, BSN/BRP proof, KVK extract, VAT letters, notary/BV documents, or bank/accountant/insurance documents) to a private vault attached to your roadmap.

• Documents may contain sensitive personal or business information.
• Files are stored privately and only accessible to you (and, where strictly needed for support, an administrator).
• Access uses short-lived signed links; there are no public document URLs.
• Document contents are kept separate from analytics. Only safe metadata (document type, related step, upload date, completion status) may be used to improve the product.
• Deleting a document removes both the file and its metadata.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

• View your data
• Update your data
• Export your data
• Delete your account and all associated data

Account deletion is available from your profile settings and permanently removes your profile, roadmaps, saved business details, uploaded documents and reminder settings.

Contact & deletion requests

To request deletion of your account, roadmap, or vault documents, email support@startdutchbusiness.nl. Signed-in users can also delete a roadmap (and all related vault files and feedback) from the dashboard. Deletion permanently removes the lead, tasks, vault metadata and storage files, assistance requests, questions and feedback.
